Engarde Attorneys at Law consistently defended interests of a well-known steel producer in Ukraine.

On the 24 March 2010 the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine dismissed cassation complaint submitted by  Transbusiness –K LLC and upheld both the decree of Lugansk Commercial Court of Appeal and the ruling of the Commercial Court of Lugansk Region on the dismissal without prejudice of a claim submitted by Transbusiness –K LLC against Lugcentrocuz JSC on the recovery of 157,064,292, UAH.

As previously informed, the resolution of Lugansk Economic Court of Appeal confirmed that claimant while submitting the claim on the recovery of millions of hryvnas was obliged to comply with the decree of the Court and had to submit original contract, which was not properly fulfilled in the Claimant’s opinion, for the consideration at the proceedings.
