Irina Nazarova, managing partner of ENGARDE, and Iryna Shevchuk, leading associate of ENGARDE, participated in the preparation of the report dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the UN Human Rights Council’s approval of the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
This report was commissioned by the UN Working Group on Human Rights and Transnational Corporations and Other Enterprises under the UNGPs 10+ project.
The report is based on the materials available as of January 2021 and provides an overview of the application of UNGPs by judicial and quasi-judicial institutions.
