ENGARDE acted as a Ukrainian counsel on the restructuring of a group of European companies for one of the world’s largest photography and imaging companies, which also develops innovations in many other high-tech areas that contribute to improving the quality of life, including the manufacture of medical diagnostic equipment.
ENGARDE helped in resolving legal conflicts and advised on corporate and labor law matters related to the sale and transfer of corporate rights in a Ukrainian subsidiary. The total value of corporate rights transferred during this project amounted to EUR 250 mln.
