ENGARDE’s partner, Dmytro Donenko, and Dmytro Sergeiev, a leading associate of ENGARDE, have successfully represented the United Arab Emirates trading company in an international dispute with a Ukrainian floor tile manufacturer.
The dispute was considered in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and concerned in particular the validity of the arbitration clause allegedly concluded by adhering to the terms of delivery posted on the manufacturer’s website, quality of products, use of electronic correspondence as evidence and other.
The dispute ended in favor of ENGARDE’s client.
