Advocate and ENGARDE’s Senior Associate Iryna Shevchuk published an article on the legal aspects of receiving a passport to travel abroad for a minor. The author paid special attention to problems arising in the above process if a child lives with one parent. Iryna also analyzed the issue of equal rights and duties of the child’s father and mother, if they do not live together.
