Overview

Iryna Shevchuk specialises in representing clients before the European Court of Human Rights and in national court proceedings involving commercial disputes, business-related matters, banking disputes, protection of honour, dignity and business reputation, and refutation of unsubstantiated statements. She also handles marital and family disputes.

Iryna advises on international private law, family law, and labour relations in both the public and private sectors. Her experience includes auditing the labour arrangements of diplomatic missions of foreign states in Ukraine, complex legal due diligence of companies, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and providing legal support for intellectual property transactions.

She also serves as a human rights expert of the Council of Europe and as an expert of the Council of Europe HELP Programme, which delivers human rights education to legal practitioners including judges and prosecutors.
