ENGARDE’s Managing partner Iryna Nazarova will deliver a report on 13 September 2018 at the professional conference devoted to the topic titled “New York Convention: present achievements and future challenges.”
Iryna Nazarova will speak on the issue of Enforcement and annulment (of foreign arbitral decisions) after arbitration reform in Ukraine. Thus, Iryna will analyse the current court practice in respect of enforcing arbitral decisions in Ukraine, discuss the pros and cons of the new enforcement rules and explain how the novelties of the law will make Ukraine more arbitration-friendly.
