ENGARDE’s associate was able to fully recover the costs of professional legal aid incurred in the Economic Court of Cassation

On December 18, 2019, the Supreme Court, as part of the judges of the joint chamber of the Economic Court of Cassation, passed an additional ruling that fully reimbursed a large state enterprise in the energy sector for all costs of professional legal aid incurred in the court of cassation.

ENGARDE’s associate, Iryna Shevchuk, was the representative of the state enterprise.
